Waggers was born in Pembury kent on August 22, 1986. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. He was and still is the apple of my eye and the most important person in my life. He was the nicest son anybody could have ever had and I miss him so much.. I travel to Plymouth as often as I can as this is the place that I feel closest to him , and I thank the wonderful staff at Saint Luke's for taking such great care of him when he needed it most..
